Welcome to the Lancashire County Council On-Line Street Light Fault Reporting system.
Our aim is that faults reported to us will be visited and,
dealt with within 5 days but occasionally can take longer. This will begin from the first full working day following report of the fault.
In some cases the fault may have to be passed to another body, such as an electrical supplier for attention, and this can affect the length of time it takes to complete the repair. We will send an email acknowledgement of each fault we receive and will notify you if it is necessary to involve another body in the repair process.
In the following fault screens you will see the term 'equipment' used. This includes not just streetlights, but also Illuminated signs (including Belisha beacons and school patrol flashing amber warning lights), and illuminated and non illuminated, reflective road bollards (found, normally, on traffic islands).
N.B. If you consider your call to be an emergency e.g.lighting column damaged, wires exposed/door off, lantern hanging, etc. please contact the police, they will forward your fault for out of hours attention by Lancashire County Council.
We ask for your contact details, to allow us to keep you updated on the progress with your fault report. If this is your first visit to the fault site you need to Register, if you have visited us before you can use your previous Log in details.
