1. To inform participants about the 2019/2020 data provided by the Department For Education
2. To explain the content of the data.
3. To consider how these charts/tables/graphs can best be used in informing school self-evaluation
YOU WILL NEED TO BRING HARD COPIES OF YOUR DASHBOARDS, LSIP (IF APPLICABLE)
The 2019/2020 inspection dashboard will be published in October/November 2019 to reflect the results of statutory assessment for your school. It is a document used to identify strengths and areas for development for your school. OFSTED have access to this document and use it as part of the School Inspection process.
The course will provide an overview of the data including how to analyse and interpret it, identifying strengths and areas for development. It will also look at performance of groups and the impact this has on School improvement planning. During the session participants will have the opportunity to interrogate their own report and consider the implications. We will look at exactly what the data means to you as a school and what this means in terms of school improvement. We will provide a template that may be useful to provide a summary for your staff, your governors, and ……yourself!
This course is ideal for those who are new to any dashboard or who want to have a walkthrough of the data.
